Why did you choose this profession? From my outside point of view, you look in and you see the camaraderie and brotherhood everybody has and it drew my attention. And I’ve always enjoyed helping people throughout my life.
How do you deal with stressful situations? Just spend time with the family and decompress, remove myself as far away from the job as I can.
Hobbies & interests: Golfing … Reese is my go-to or wherever my father-in-law says we’re going, woodworking, spending time with the kids. I coach my kiddos’ football team, watch my older boys play football.
Community involvement beyond work: I’m on the board for Frenship Youth Football. My 7-year-old, this is his third year and he goes all the way through sixth grade. So I decided when they had an opening on the board I jumped on that opportunity.

Through his work in the LFR Medical Division, Ince plays a vital role in developing and training the next generation of pre-hospital medical practitioners serving the citizens of Lubbock. Brandon served as an instructor for our Paramedic program and EMT-Basic training for Recruit Class 2025, where each recruit passed their national registry exam on the first attempt. This type of achievement speaks to the passion Equipment Operator Ince has for this occupation.
