Roles: Equipment operator at Fire Station No. 20. He is always putting in the work to attempt perfection of his craft and carves out the time to pass on his knowledge to those around him. No matter how busy of a shift it has been, or how tired he may be, he puts himself last in an effort to teach those around him. Whether it is fireground skills/tactics, medical skills, heavy rescue, or TIFMAS, he is always working to make himself better, said Lt. Chad Burnett.
