I chose this profession because it was the closest to what I did in the military for 18 years and allows me to continue serving with purpose.
How do you deal with stressful situations:
I rely on training, communication and staying focused on the facts. Afterwards, I decompress through family time, fitness, and talking things out with trusted peers.
